Giulia Rossolillo is a Full Professor of European Union law in the Law Department of the University of Pavia, where she teaches International Trade Law and European Union Law; furthermore, she is adjunct professor in the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
She is Member of the Board of Professors and lecturer at the Doctoral Course "Public Law, Criminal Justice and International" of the (University of Pavia) and President of the Centre for Studies on the European Union of the University of Pavia.

She is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Journal “Rivista di diritto internazionale private e processuale”, a member of the Scientific Council of the journal "La Comunità Internazionale". “ and editor of the journal "Il Federalista/The Federalist".
She is member of the Italian Society of International Law (SIDI) and of the Italian Association of Scholars of European Union Law (AISDUE).
She participated as a speaker and as an organizer in several national and international conferences on private international law and European Union law and has given lectures and conferences in various Italian and foreign universities and institutions (Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht of Hamburg, University of Riga, University of Belgrano (Buenos Aires), University of Nagoya, University of Barcelona, Loyola University of Seville, University of Poitiers).
Her scientific interests focus mainly on the general theory of private international law, on the nature and development of the European integration process, on differentiation in the European Union, on the history of the European integration process, on the budget and financing of the European Union.
Since April 2025, she is part of the Scientific Committee of the CSF Foundation.
