Giovanni Boggero is a Researcher in Constitutional and Public Law at the Department of Law of the University of Turin and is qualified to hold the position of Associate Professor in the same field. He is a member of Villa Vigoni – the Italian-German Centre for European Dialogue, a member of the Human Rights Committee of the Piedmont Region, and a columnist for the daily newspaper Il Foglio and the journal Aspenia.

He has been a member of the Scientific Committee of the CSF Foundation since April 2025
