She is Head of the Operations Department at the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation, where she is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the activities and processes within the department, ensuring the efficient functioning of the Foundation, and managing relations with the consortium company PRISMA.

Previously, also at Compagnia di San Paolo, she served as Head of the Organization and Administration Department and, on an interim basis, as Head of Human Resources and Organization.

She has several years of experience at Accenture, San Paolo IMI, and Deloitte, focusing primarily on risk management, operational risk control, and management control.

She currently serves as a board member of Urban Lab Torino and PRISMA and has previously been a board member and Vice President of the National Cinema Museum “Fondazione Maria Adriana Prolo.”

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the CSF Foundation since April 2025.
