Emily Tasinato is an independent researcher and analyst primarily focusing on politics and security-related issues in the Arabian Peninsula and the Gulf Region. Previously, Tasinato was a pan-European fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations and worked as a research analyst within the International Relations unit at the Med-Or Foundation. She holds a two-year double degree in international relations and Mediterranean cultures and societies from the University of Turin and the School of Governance and Economics in Rabat. She also holds an MA in Middle Eastern studies from the Graduate School of Economics and International Relations (ASERI) in Milan.
