
Claudia Margini
was born in Turin, where she currently lives.
She earned her first degree in Economics and Business with a grade of 105/110 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
She then devoted herself to legal studies, earning a second degree in Law with a grade of 106/110 and qualifying as a Lawyer.
She has gained many years of experience as a member of boards of statutory auditors, including as chair, as well as serving as statutory auditor and member of supervisory bodies in leading corporations, given the role they play in the economic and social fabric in which they operate.
She has also served both public and private clients, including: Equiter SpA, Amiat SpA, Infratrasporti-To Srl, Barricalla SpA, SCR Piemonte SpA, Credit Data Research Italia Srl, and Finpiemonte SpA.
She has also held similar professional roles at associations and foundations dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary research, such as the Fondazione Centro Studi sul Federalismo (FCSF).
In a previous role, she served as head of the University of Turin department responsible for managing entities owned and/or controlled by the University of Turin, thereby deepening her knowledge of the regulations governing publicly held companies (Legislative Decree 175/2016 and subsequent amendments) as well as those governing Third Sector Entities (Legislative Decree 117/2017 and subsequent amendments).
Currently, following a national competitive examination, she holds the position of Director at the State District Attorney's Office of Turin.
